Performance Dashboard Label Sets

The QMS Dashboard Label Sets may be accessed from the File menu > Company Setup option menu.

(A) Criteria for On-Time Delivery controls the formula of how on-time delivery is calculated on the Dashboard.

•The check box SBD vs ASD means to calculate on-time delivery according to the Ship by Date (SBD) compared to the Actual Ship Date (ASD).

•The check box CDD vs ARD means to calculate on-time delivery according to the Customer Due Date (CDD) compared to the Actual Received Date (ARD).

•The check box Calc OTD means to only calculate the deliveries that were on-time and not early.

•The check box Calc OTD plus Early means to calculate the deliveries that were on-time, plus add the deliveries that were early.

(B) An end-user may edit the Dashboard calculator labels. However, the function of each calculator metric is fixed and may not be changed from its intended purpose.

(C) The check boxes with 'Include QPV # ...' determine whether or not the metric should be calculated on the Dashboard.

(D) Target Percentages for each metric may be set and activated for each 'Dashboard Label Set'.

(E) The Over-all Performance Target Percent can be automatically averaged or entered.
