CAPA Form

To delete a CAPA record:

1)the CAPA record must be unlocked and ;

2)the CAPA Status field must be set to 'Delete';

3)Save and Close the record;

4)On the browse table select the appropriate record to be deleted and click on the [ - Delete ] button.
